Saturday 14th of April marks the eventful night for the opening of the splendid “Eastern Aesthetic” show at La Galeria Gitana, a beautiful gallery located in San Fernando Valley, California. The show runs from then to 15th June 2012.

I have my good friend and mentor John Paul Thornton to thank for introducing me to gallery director Karen Nichols almost a year ago. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Here are John Paul and I in front of “Sea Wings”, and his gorgeous oil painting “True Believers” which takes centre stage on a massive wall, painted from his journey to Tibet -
Here also are my friends Karen Kim, John Paul’s lovely wife Martina, and artist/instructor Leonard Abrahamian introduced to us that very evening by John Paul.
It was an unforgettable evening. Fabulous art, incredible people.
